Viewing Your Transaction History

See monthly payments and refunds collected through family billing.

   Open Transactions

   Click Transactions in the sidebar. You'll see a year of monthly cards with Gross/Total Revenue, Refunds, Net Revenue, and payment counts.

   Pick a year

   Use the Year control if you need an earlier year.

   Open a month

   Click View Details on a month. The month page lists each payment and refund. Filter with the tabs: All, Payments, Refunds, Succeeded, or Failed.

   Open a payment (optional)

   Use the row menu to View in Stripe, Issue Refund, or move the payment to another reporting month.
