Setting Up Your Studio

Configure your studio name, contact info, timezone, and logo.

    Open Settings

    Click Settings in the sidebar. You'll land on the Business Information tab, which shows your current studio details.

    Click Edit Information

    Click the Edit Information button to open the edit panel.

    Fill in your studio details

    Update your Business Name, Business Address, Business Email, and Business Phone Number. Your business name and email are what families will see when they receive communications from MusicDesk.

    Verify your timezone

    Your timezone is auto-detected when you sign up, so it should already be correct. If it's not, update it here — it's important that this is accurate.

    Upload your logo

    Upload your studio's logo. Accepted formats are JPG or PNG, with a maximum size of 2MB.

    Save your changes

    Click Save Changes. You'll see a confirmation message: Business information updated!

Tips

  • You can update your business information at any time from Settings.
  • Your business email is important — it's the reply-to address families see when they get emails from MusicDesk.
