Last updated: July 5, 2026
- 1
Open the teacher's Timesheet
Click Teachers in the sidebar, select the teacher, and open the Timesheet tab.
- 2
Pick a date range
Choose a From and To date. The range defaults to the current month.
- 3
Filter by attendance status (optional)
Use Attendance status to narrow the report — for example Billable only (present, late, absent-billable) or a single status. Leave it on All statuses to see everything.
- 4
Run the report
Click Run Report. You'll get a lesson-by-lesson table (date, time, duration, type, students, status, and pay) plus a summary with total lessons, total hours, and estimated pay.
- 5
Export to CSV (optional)
Click Export CSV to download the results for payroll or your records. The file includes each lesson's pay modifier and pay amount.
Tips
- Estimated pay always reflects billable lessons only (present, late, absent-billable), even when you're displaying a different status filter.
- Group lessons show a Group tag; lessons a teacher covered as a substitute show a Sub tag and count toward the substitute, not the original teacher.
- Hover the info icon beside estimated pay to see how it was calculated. If it reads "n/a", add an Hourly Pay Rate to the teacher (or a flat rate to the event type).
