Sending a Payment Link to a Family

Send a secure payment link so a family can set up their monthly subscription.

    Go to Subscriptions

    Click Subscriptions in the sidebar to see all your families and their billing status.

    Find the family

    Use the status tabs (All, Active, Needs Setup, etc.) or search to locate the family. Click Manage to open their billing details.

    Create and send the payment link

    On the family's billing page, find the student enrollment row and click Create Payment Link or Send Payment Link. A dialog will open where you can optionally enter an Upfront Payment Amount and preview the email before sending.

    Click Send Payment Link

    Review the email preview and click Send Payment Link. The family will receive an email with a secure link to enter their credit card details.

    Family completes payment

    When the family clicks the link and enters their card, their subscription activates automatically. The status will update in your Subscriptions dashboard.

Tips

  • Payment links expire after a set period for security. You can always resend a fresh link.
  • Families only need to enter their payment info once — billing is automatic from then on.
  • Make sure you've connected Stripe and created products in Settings before sending payment links.
