What countries is MusicDesk available in?

MusicDesk is available worldwide in every country supported by Stripe — that's 49+ countries across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Latin America, and parts of Africa. If you don't see your country listed at signup, contact us and we'll let you know as soon as we can support your region.

Do you offer demos?

What payment methods do you accept?

We'll accept all major credit cards.

How does family billing work with MusicDesk?

With MusicDesk, new families pay with a credit card the first time they sign up with you, and from then on they are automatically enrolled in a monthly subscription with your studio. You can manage or cancel family subscriptions at any time. To get started, see how to send a payment link to a family.

Can each parent have their own Family Portal login?

Yes. A family isn't limited to a single shared account — each parent or guardian can have their own separate Family Portal login, with their own email and password, to view the schedule and cancel lessons. See how to invite a family to the portal.

Can I import my existing student data?

Yes! We offer tools to help you import your students from spreadsheets or other music school software. If you have any trouble migrating your data, our support team is here to help.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to keep your data safe. Your information is never shared with third parties.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, we'll offer a free 30-day trial so you can explore all features before committing. No credit card required to start. Just create your account to begin.

Do you offer support?

Yes! We provide email support for all users and phone/video support is in the works.

Is there a limit to how many students I can have?

No limit - add as many students as you want!

Does MusicDesk support teaching multiple instruments?

Absolutely! MusicDesk works for any instrument you teach — piano, guitar, voice, drums, violin, or anything else.

Can MusicDesk help me calculate teacher pay?

Yes. MusicDesk estimates teacher pay automatically from the lessons each teacher taught and their attendance. Set a teacher's hourly pay rate, or give specific lesson types their own percentage or flat rate, then run a timesheet for any date range to see each teacher's hours and estimated pay — and optionally export it to CSV.
