Connecting Stripe for Family Billing

Set up Stripe Connect so you can collect payments from families automatically.

    Go to Settings

    Click Settings in the sidebar.

    Open the Family Billing tab

    Click the Family Billing tab. If Stripe isn't connected yet, you'll see a prompt to get started.

    Click Connect Stripe Account

    Click the Connect Stripe Account button. You'll be redirected to Stripe's onboarding flow.

    Complete the Stripe onboarding

    Follow the steps on Stripe's website to create or link your Stripe account. You'll need to provide your business details, bank account information, and identity verification.

    Return to MusicDesk

    After completing Stripe's setup, you'll be redirected back to MusicDesk. The Family Billing tab will now show Stripe Connected, confirming you're ready to collect payments.

Tips

  • Once Stripe is connected, you can create products and send payment links to families.
  • You can optionally configure tax collection through Stripe — look for the "Configure Tax Settings in Stripe" link on the Family Billing tab.
