Setting Up Your Public Booking Page
Enable public booking and share or embed your booking page.

Go to Settings
Click Settings in the sidebar, then open the Public Booking tab.

Enable public booking
Toggle on Enable Public Booking. When enabled, visitors will be able to book trial lessons through your booking page.

Set your booking URL
Under Your Booking URL, enter a slug for your studio (e.g.,
your-studio-name). Your booking page will be available at book.musicdesk.io/your-studio-name. MusicDesk will check availability in real time — if the URL you want is taken, choose a different one. - 4
Save your settings
Click Save Changes. You'll see a confirmation: Public booking settings saved.

Share or embed your booking page
Once saved, you can copy your booking URL to share it directly, or use the Embed Code section to get an iframe snippet you can paste into your website to embed the booking widget.
Tips
- •Avoid changing your URL slug once it's set, as it may break existing links and embeds.
- •Only teachers marked as "Available for public booking" will appear on your booking page. See the next article for how to set this up.
- •The embed code creates a responsive widget that fits seamlessly into any website.
