Sending a Rental Agreement and Returning an Instrument
Send the family a rental agreement to sign, then return the instrument when they're done.

Customize the agreement (optional)
From Rentals, click Agreement template (admins). Edit the Agreement terms, use Insert a placeholder for family and instrument details, then Save. You can Reset to default anytime.

Generate and send the agreement
On the family's rental, click Generate agreement, review the Rental Agreement preview, and click Send to family. Status moves from Not sent to Sent, then Viewed or Accepted / Declined. Use Resend or Void if you need to start over.

Return the instrument
When the family brings the instrument back, click Return. Choose Return without a refund or Refund remaining days, then click Return Rental. The rental is marked Returned.
Tips
- You can open a signed agreement later with View signed agreement.
- Pending rentals you no longer need can be removed with Delete before they're activated.
